For 575Sportswear Webshop Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (hereinafter: 575Sportswear Webshop Ltd.), the protection of personal data provided by Users and the protection of their right to informational self-determination is a priority. 575Sportswear Webshop Ltd. is committed to handling Users' personal data in a manner that fully complies with the applicable laws in force and contributes to the creation of safe Internet browsing opportunities for Users. The 575Sportswear Webshop Ltd. handles the personal data of Users confidentially and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, ensures their security, takes the technical and organizational measures and establishes the procedural rules necessary to enforce the applicable legal provisions and other recommendations.

The Internet pages https://nevezes.575.hu and https://www.my575challenge.hu (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") visited by you are operated by 575Sportswear Webshop Kft. (registered office: 1133 Budapest, Tutaj u. 6/b., Cg.:01-09-384588, tax number: 29253771-2-41) hereinafter referred to as the "Controller".

The Service Provider, respectively the Data Controller, is a competition organiser, clothing manufacturer and association manager, which processes personal data in the course of its activities.

If you provide personal data (name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number) when using the https://nevezes.575.hu and https://www.my575challenge.hu websites by filling in a contact form, by participating in an event or by any other means, you consent to the processing of your data for specific purposes and to the transfer of your data to third parties, we inform you of the following in connection with the processing of your data.

The Data Controller shall treat the personal data of all natural persons who have provided personal data to the Data Controller pursuant to the above provisions in a confidential manner and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, and shall ensure the security of the data and establish the procedural rules necessary to enforce the relevant legal provisions.

The Data Controller has taken particular account of the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDRP) and of the provisions of the V. 2013 of the Civil Code of the European Union (the "Code").

In addition to the above, the Data Controller shall also fully comply with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.), and shall treat all personal data provided via the Internet with the same level of security protection as data provided to it by other means (e-mail, fax, postal address).

Interpretative provisions

Data controller: the natural or legal person or unincorporated body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes for which the data are to be processed, takes and implements decisions regarding the processing (including the means used) or has the data processed by a processor.

Data processor: a natural or legal person or unincorporated body which carries out the processing of data on the basis of a contract, including a contract concluded pursuant to a legal provision.

Data processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Personal data: identifiable data that can be associated with the data subject, the natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, location data, online identifier, etc.
Consent: a voluntary and explicit indication of the data subject's wishes, based on appropriate information, by which he or she gives his or her unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data relating to him or her, whether in full or in part.

The controller shall protect personal data that have been brought to its attention, in particular against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, transmission, disclosure, erasure or destruction, accidental destruction or accidental damage, and against inaccessibility resulting from changes in the technology used.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain, upon his or her request, the erasure of personal data relating to him or her without undue delay and the controller shall be obliged to erase personal data relating to him or her without undue delay when the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.

The Data Controller shall process Personal Data in accordance with the principles of good faith and fairness and transparency and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and this Notice.

The data collected will be treated confidentially and will be used only in connection with the activities we carry out. The data provided will not be disclosed to third parties in any form, unless they act as subcontractors in the performance of the contract, such as courier services, who are not entitled to use, store or disclose the data received from 575 Team Ltd. in any form to third parties).

The provision of personal data or any other information on the website is always voluntary. Consent is given by the User by expressly accepting, after having read and understood this Privacy Policy, the provision of the data in the contact form, by ticking the relevant box, and by consenting to the recording, processing and use of the personal data provided by the User by the Data Controller for the purposes and for the period of time specified by the nature of the service.

The Data Controller is not in a position to verify the authenticity of the data provided, whether or not they have been provided by the User. The person providing the Personal Data is solely responsible for the correctness of the Personal Data provided. The Data Controller shall not be liable for any misuse of the Personal Data or for any indirect or direct damage of any kind resulting therefrom.

Purpose of data processing

The purpose of the Data Controller's data processing is to store the data provided by the User for a specific purpose, through the Website or by other means (e-mail, fax, postal mailing address), in the course of the purchase of a product, the provision of a service, participation in an event, to document and verify the adequacy of the order, to enable invoicing, to prove the terms of the contract, to perform customer service tasks (such as satisfaction surveys, product evaluation) and to send newsletters or other relevant information.

The Data Controller will not use and may not use the personal data provided for purposes other than those set out above.

Legal basis for processing

The User's consent is based on Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Article 5(1)(a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Info Act) and Article 13/A(3) of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services (Eker Act).

Scope of the data processed

User's first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, type of product purchased and date of purchase.

Duration of processing

The Data Controller is obliged to keep the data for a minimum period of 5 years in accordance with Section 15 (3) of the Info Act.

With respect to the personal data that the Controller processes, the Controller shall:

- to take the measures deemed necessary for the secure storage of the data during the period of data processing, and for the deletion or physical destruction of the data file after the expiry of the period of data processing,- to protect the data against unauthorised access or unauthorised alteration,
- ensure that the provisions of the data protection notice are known and respected by the staff under their control and that they are kept under constant review,
- documents and work aids must be stored outside working hours, preferably in a lockable filing cabinet or safe, or at least in a drawer or cupboard with a security lock. The storage of documents containing personal data on desks after working hours is prohibited.
When processing personal data by automated means, the Controller shall take additional measures to prevent unauthorised access:
- preventing the use of automated data processing systems by unauthorised persons using data transmission equipment,
- the possibility of verifying and ascertaining to which bodies personal data have been or may be transmitted by means of a data transmission installation,
- the verifiability and ascertainability of which personal data have been input into the automated data-processing systems, when and by whom,
- the recoverability of the installed systems in the event of a failure and the reporting of errors in automated processing.

The personal data of the data subject may not be erased if the processing is required by law (for example, if an invoice is issued in a contractual relationship, the data on the invoice may be kept for the time limits set out in accounting and tax legislation).

Access to data

The personal data processed may be accessed by persons other than the Data Controller, only by the Data Controller's employees and the Data Controller's contracted partners, only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service.

By registering, the User gives his/her consent to the Data Controller to combine the processed data for statistical and information purposes in order to ensure the efficient operation of the system. The linked data will not be disclosed by the Data Controller to third parties in any form and will only be accessible to the Data Controller's staff. In all cases where the Data Controller intends to use the data provided for purposes other than those for which they were originally collected, the Data Controller shall inform the User thereof and obtain his/her prior consent or provide the User with the opportunity to withdraw his/her consent at any time thereafter.

The User does not consent to the disclosure of his/her personal data.

The User may at any time request information from the Data Controller about the processing of his/her data, its method, content, time, place and any activity related to data processing. The User may withdraw this consent at any time.

Withdrawal of consent shall mean cancellation of registration, and the User's data shall be deleted from the Controller's database. The Controller shall delete personal data if the data subject requests it, if the purpose of the processing ceases to exist, or if the statutory period for storing the data has expired or if a court or other authority has ordered it.

Cookie

Please be informed that the website uses a small data package on the Data Controller's computer, a so-called cookie, to identify the recurring User, but does not store any personal information in the cookie, such as name or e-mail address.
