The website of DiMaMu.hu contains information about the e-commerce services provided by DiMaMu.hu, the conditions of purchase, the rules, rights and obligations of the webshop and the Customers.

Health condition

The participant declares that he/she is physically fit and healthy and that he/she will take part in the races at his/her own risk.

Cancellation of competition / transfer of entry

A competitor may voluntarily refrain from entering a race for a certain period of time, which is different for each race. These are specified in the entry information. 

Entries are transferable for an administration fee.

Cancellations and transfers can be made by email to triathlon@575.hu.

If, through no fault of the organisers, the race cannot be held due to force majeure (e.g. epidemic situation, weather conditions), participants may transfer their entry to another race of similar distance in the my575challenge series.

Licence

Only active license holders are allowed to participate. If you do not have one or if you do not have an activated licence, please go to the website of the Hungarian Triathlon Federation http://triatlon.hu to make up for the lack of one so that there will be no problems during the competition.

Photo, video

The participant acknowledges that he/she may be photographed during the competition. The participant consents to the taking and use of such images and videos. He/she acknowledges that the pictures and videos taken of him/her may be used by the Organiser for promotional purposes in advertising films and other media.

Payment method

Barion credit card payment

With Barion credit card payment, you can shop online quickly, securely and conveniently. With a Barion credit card payment, you can simply pay for your products on the Barion payment page and receive an instant confirmation from our Webshop.
By using the Barion credit card payment method, you can pay for the products ordered immediately at the end of the ordering process.

Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Your credit card details are not passed on to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.

The Barion credit card payment procedure:
If you have selected the Barion credit card payment option in the "Payment method" menu during the product order process, after clicking on the "Submit order" button, our Webshop will redirect you to the Barion secure payment guarantee page, where you will enter your card details.

During the checkout process, the bank will verify the details you have provided in a few seconds, and after the payment, the Barion site will redirect you back to our website where you will receive an automatic confirmation of the transaction result.
If you pay online by credit card, you will receive your order only after successful payment.

A distance contract concluded electronically is a payment obligation for the consumer.
